Vadivel's office is just few steps away from that of Vijaykanth's residence which is at Saligramam. One of Vijaykanth's offices is situated right opposite to that of Vadivel's office. Only that is the basic cause for this problem to arouse. Vijaykanth was returning back with his supporters after attending a death which took place nearby. After that when he left to his house it seems, the supporters who went along with him, had parked their vehicles all over the places in that street. Few vehicles were also been parked in front of Vadivel's office.
Vadivelu who just then arrived to his office and who found it difficult to park his car either got frustrated and started speaking Something Something. Vijaykanth's manager who was listening to all this, and when he went to Vadivelu to give reasons for that, at once Vadivelu fisted him angrily and gave him a sound slap in his face.
Vadivel's this kind of reaction and harshness in front of all the supporters who were gathered, has created anger and a strong emotion within all. But even though the supporters who maintained calmness and controlled themselves, had at last filed a complaint against Vadivelu in the nearest Police station. Immediately the Police called Vadivelu to the Police station and investigated him of what really happened. There they have considered and somehow calmed both the party.
The fans who were already unhappy with Vadivelu when he denied to act for a Vijaykanth's movie, after this issue had happened, the same fans have become angry over him.
Chennai, Sep 21 (IANS) Tamil comedian Vadivelu Sunday filed a complaint against actor-turned-politician Vijaykanth alleging a conspiracy after his residence and office here were stoned by a group of people, police said.
"Vadivelu has cited actor Vijaykanth and 30 others as conspirators in his complaint," Chennai Police Commissioner R. Sekar told IANS.
Vadivelu told reporters earlier in the day that he and his son Subramanian, who were at home during the attack, were rattled.
"The attackers, in cricket gear, came on 11 motorcycles. The stoning went on for four minutes breaking almost all the window panes of my home. My son and I cowered in fear. Later the gang ransacked my office situated nearby where a story session was underway," he said.
